New Shoes: Perfect for Spring/Autumn
I’ve finally gotten my hands on some new shoes for spring! These leather loafers are absolutely adorable, and I’m already in love with them. They’re incredibly versatile, pairing perfectly with dresses as shown in the pictures above, or dressing up a casual jeans look. Although they’re a bit snug right now, I’m confident that once I break them in, they’ll be perfect.
Lily Necklace from Selenichast
Next, let me share a delightful surprise I received from my husband this Valentine’s Day. As I was researching this article, he mistook my browsing as a hint for something I wanted from the Selenichast website, and he couldn’t have been more right! He gifted me the complete set from the Lily of the Valley collection: a necklace, bracelet, and earrings. I’m in love with this stunning set, and it’s perfectly timed for the upcoming spring season.
Catrice Lipstick: Black Honey Dupe
I stumbled upon the perfect dupe for the Clinique Black Honey lipstick: the Catrice Lip Balm. Not only is it a fraction of the price, but it’s become a staple in my makeup routine. Its subtle yet transformative effect is exactly what I need for my everyday looks, and I find myself reaching for it constantly.
Book: Pierce Brown’s “Iron Gold”
I finally got around to starting the fourth book in the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown, and I’m loving it. After taking a break to explore other reads, diving back into this familiar world feels like coming home. The rich storytelling and immersive world-building have me hooked once again.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Red Rising saga to everyone. Its gripping storyline, unique characters, and emotional depth make it a must-read. From heart-wrenching moments that left me in tears to unexpected twists, these books are a rollercoaster of emotions. If you’re a fan of adventure, sci-fi, and dystopian themes, you’ll be captivated by this series.
Rediscovering Horse Riding
Despite the challenges of balancing a walking toddler, rediscovering the joy of horse riding remains a cherished activity in my life.
New Farm Pets: Ducks
Our little one has developed an adorable obsession with ducks, so we decided to expand our farm family by adding these charming creatures. Now, he eagerly looks forward to venturing outdoors every day to feed and admire them. And I must say, they truly are a sight to behold with their beauty and grace.
Safety First
We were in urgent need of a new car seat for our little one, and the options were overwhelming. Thankfully, we met a helpful seller who guided us through the decision-making process. We ended up purchasing a Maxi Cosi car seat in a lovely cognac color, which matched our stroller perfectly. And let me tell you, it’s been fantastic! I can easily take him in and out without straining my back, and during a recent 2-hour drive, he slept peacefully and didn’t get sweaty like he used to in our old seat. – Maxi Cosi car seat.
Embroidered Bow with Initials
Next,I received this adorable handmade bow from a friend who’s a master at making stunning corsets and dresses. She even stitched my initials onto it! It’s such a lovely accessory, and I can’t get enough of wearing it. It adds a charming touch to any outfit!
Magical Prints by Darcey Finch
Lastly, I was on the hunt for some new artwork for our home when I came across a talented artist on TikTok. She upcycles old paintings and gives them a whole new look with themes like Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter. I quickly checked out her website and found out she sells prints too. I ended up ordering all three prints available, and let me tell you, they’re exactly what I was looking for! They’ve got that nerdy vibe without being too cheesy. Definitely check out her website!
